Chelsea Katz

Chelsea is passionate about bringing innovative health and wellness products to the market through high impact partnerships. She is excited to be part of the Retrofit team, building upon her experience leading sales and distribution as the co-founder of Fresh Takes Kitchen - a progressive start-up company that sold thousands of affordable, nutritious meals through employer and community distribution partners. Retrofit's focus on empowering clients to achieve healthy behavior change resonates strongly with her background. As a management consultant at Accenture, Chelsea specialized in organizational change efforts helping Fortune 500 clients prepare their employees and suppliers for new processes, structures, and technology. She built on that expertise in the nonprofit sector as a strategic project manager at i.c.stars where she helped equip high potential inner city adults with technology and business training for high impact careers. Chelsea holds a BS from the University of Connecticut and earned her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. As a former competitive amateur boxer, she relives her glory days in the YMCA's basement gym hitting the bags and coaching local youth.
