About Jen:

Jennifer has more than 17 years of progressive HR, talent and organizational development experience. Equipped with an entrepreneurial and collaborative leadership style, she brings passion to the development of people strategies focused on attracting, engaging and developing high caliber talent. Jennifer comes to Retrofit from Cleversafe where she served as Vice President of Human Resources. Jennifer also led due diligence and post-acquisition integration for a trilateral merger resulting in The Palladium Group and served as their Global Director of Human Capital. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
