Vikki Caruso

Vikki is Retrofit's casting director: she has a gift for bringing the right people together. Vikki is passionate about helping people find their dream job. Following a stint in retail at Sam's Club, Vikki spent over 10 years in the recruiting industry, where she flourished at Randstad Work Solutions. Her time there was punctuated by adventures into the startup world. She holds a BA in Marketing from the University of St. Francis, and once coached a cheerleading team to a state championship. Vikki's life revolves around her three daughters and helping them achieve their dreams. Vikki is an avid baker with dreams of one day opening a business with her three daughters!
