< Back To ExpertsStephanie Painter - Retrofit Registered Dietitian
Stefanie Painter is an experienced weight loss expert with a passion for healthy living. She is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian and Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Health Education with an emphasis on Executive Coaching. She holds both a BS and MS in Dietetics from Marshall University.
Stephanie firmly believes that sustainable weight loss cannot be achieved without behavior modification and education. Habit change can be especially difficult, something that she knows first hand, having been diagnosed with both celiac disease and rheumatoid arthritis within a three-year time span. What was once a forced and abrupt lifestyle change, however, is now a valuable experience that connects Stephanie to her clients and their unique challenges.
Prior to her diagnosis, Stephanie danced competitively for 20 years. She now enjoys running during the warmer months and cross-country skiing through winter. Her active lifestyle has only increased her passion for wellness, a passion she hopes to instill in others as they seek positive change in their lives.
