Online Video Conference Sessions
Online video conference sessions allow Retrofit clients to connect with the expert guidance of their personal weight loss team conveniently via any Internet connection.
Our typical client balances a demanding professional career with frequent travel, so the scheduling flexibility of video conferencing is ideal.
Retrofit weight loss experts are available for video conference sessions every day of the week, from early in the morning to late in the evening. And since sessions are online, they can be held from virtually anywhere on a wide variety of Internet-connected devices.
Each online session is a private lesson spent with one of your experts concentrating on a key weight loss skill area of nutrition, fitness or mindset. The skill areas that you focus on are tailored to your specific weight loss hurdles and needs.
Retrofit uses Skype for online weight loss sessions. It is easy to use, familiar for many of our clients, and allows usage across a broad range of Internet-enabled devices.
Video conferencing allows you to see your team and develop a strong face-to-face relationship. That strong bond will support you through the challenges of losing weight and maintaining that weight loss.
Online Session Schedule and Structure
Retrofit's 10% Weight Loss Plan includes 12 one-on-one personalized sessions with members of your weight loss expert team. The 15% Weight Loss Plan includes 24 one-on-one expert sessions.
In addition to the sessions with your Registered Dietitian, Exercise Physiologist and Behavior Coach, both plans include unlimited support from your Program Advisor.
From video sessions to text messages, your Program Advisor will provide what you need to achieve your weight loss goal. In between video sessions, communication with your team takes place via the Retrofit online dashboard.

The Retrofit program is designed to provide intensive one-on-one contact during the first few months of the program while you are in the initial weight loss phase.
As you begin the program, you will identify your current barriers to weight loss and work to establish small, meaningful changes that can be sustained over time.
During this initial phase, your online sessions are more frequent. Usually during this time clients hold one meeting with one of their experts every week or every other week. You will determine your meeting schedule according to your availability and learning style.
As you reach the weight maintenance phase and your new healthy lifestyle choices become more habitual, video conferences with the experts are less frequent and communication shifts primarily to the online dashboard.
Video sessions with your Program Advisor continue to be available at any time during the program.
Weight Loss Skill Progression

Once that behavioral platform is in place, the essential building blocks can be added: first nutrition, then exercise.
