Chicken Lunch Salad with Lime Dressing

Ingredients:

  •  1 avocado, cubed
  •  3 small chicken breasts, cooked and cut in strips
  •  1 pear, sliced
  •  10 red grapes, sliced
  •  Small lime, juiced
  •  2 Tbsp mixed berry fruit salad
  •  Fresh ground salt and pepper
  •  5-6 large leaves of red leaf lettuce, torn

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and toss together. Plate up and enjoy.
