Ingredients:
- 1 avocado, cubed
- 3 small chicken breasts, cooked and cut in strips
- 1 pear, sliced
- 10 red grapes, sliced
- Small lime, juiced
- 2 Tbsp mixed berry fruit salad
- Fresh ground salt and pepper
- 5-6 large leaves of red leaf lettuce, torn
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and toss together. Plate up and enjoy.
