Chicken Sausage with Peppers and Onions

Ingredients:
- 4 Lean Chicken Sausage (flavor of choice)
- 2 medium Bell Peppers (any color)
- 1 small Onion
- 4 Whole Grain Hot Dog Buns
- Pan Spray
- 12 inch sheet of Tin Foil
- Mustard (optional)
Directions:
Preheat outdoor grill or oven to 375 degrees. Slice onions and peppers into thin strips. Lightly spray foil with pan spray and place onions and peppers in center of foil. Fold edges of foil together on both ends to create a tightly sealed packet. Grill or bake vegetables for 15-20 minutes. Place chicken sausages on the grill or in the oven to cook for the last 10 minutes, turning once. Toast buns, if desired. Assemble by placing 1 chicken sausage in bun, top with 1/4 of the peppers and onions, and mustard. Enjoy!
