Pumpkin Pie Latte

Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 1 Tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp agave syrup
- 3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 serving espresso (K-cup or fresh-brewed or 6 ounces of strong coffee)
Directions:
Place almond milk, pumpkin and agave syrup in a small sauce pan over medium heat. Heat until steamy for about 6 - 7 minutes. While heating, prepare espresso or coffee. Remove sauce pan from heat. Stir in pumpkin pie spice. Place contents of sauce pan in blender and cover blender with a towel to let the steam escape. Blend for about 30 seconds, or until frothy. Pour espresso or coffee into large mug. Pour blender on top. Sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice.
