Wedgey Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients:
- 2-3 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced into 1/2 inch wedges
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1-2 teaspoons of either cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, smoked paprika
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees. Mix oil through spices in a small bowl. Place potato wedges in a large ziploc bag. Add the mixture from the bowl to the bag. Seal and shake to cover all potatoes equally. Arrange potato wedges on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning wedges half way, or until crispy and tender.
