My favorite tip or strategy is honestly the perfect plate. I think it's the easiest way to make sure that you're making a healthy choice at every meal. 50% of your plate is filled with produce, fruits and veggies, 25% of your plate with a lean protein, and 25% of your plate with a whole grain. If you do that every single time you have a meal, I think you're 50% of the way to success.
