Grilled Fruit Kabobs with Spiced Honey Yogurt Sauce

Servings: 4
Calories: 150

Ingredients:

  •  12 wooden kabob sticks
  •  Your favorite fruit
  •  1 1/4 cup Greek or regular plain yogurt
  •  2 Tbsp honey
  •  1/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

Soak the kabob sticks in water for 1 hour. Mix together the yogurt, honey, and cinnamon for the sauce and set aside. Heat up your grill and spray a little non-stick grilling spray to keep the fruit from sticking. Cut the fruit into 1-2 inch pieces and place on the kabob sticks. Grill fruit until dark grill marks are seen, turning once, and fruit becomes slightly tender.

Serves 4 for a yummy snack or dessert for around 150 calories, regardless of the fruit that you choose!
